Pricing questions
Is Basic really free?
Yes. Basic is always free, with no card required and no time limit. It includes live transcription, real-time summaries and 60 storage minutes.
How does per-seat pricing work?
Starter is billed for each person who uses it. Three people on Starter annual is 3 × $12, or $36 a month.
What happens when I run out of storage?
You can still download your transcripts, use AI chat with your notes and get summaries, but transcription isn’t guaranteed to run.
What does opting out of model training mean?
Your data won’t be used to train our in-house models.
